The increase  in hit n run /Drunk driving mainly lies with the driver themselves.Pubs are places for ppl to unwind/relax after a hard day's work.As for the case of Mediacorp Actor Christopher Lee, no one uses a knife/gun and pointed at him to drive.He gave stupid lame excuses and shown little or no remorsewanted to buy supper.Many were very disappointed that he only got away with only 4 weeks jail sentence.Some ppl (whom probaly had lost their loved ones due to drunken driving accidents)expected at least 6 months which he clearly DESERVES the punishment....
