  1. There is but I dont know anything else.

  2. Yes.  Water in solid form (ice) has been found there.  If we build a permanent colony, that will obviously be a nice resource to have.  Like other people said, the air there isn't liveable.  We would need to live in airtight buildings.

  3.    ¡¡Yes,he is wet..

  4. there is water, but no oxygen.

Mars might have been able to support a life form that did not require oxygen to survive, but that has not been proven yet.

  5. Liquid water...no  but the phoenix probe reportedly detected ice just a few days ago near the mars north pole.

  6. yes but its in a frozen state, mars is outside of the habitable zone and doesn't have an atmosphere that's fit for life, our atmosphere keeps out solar radiation and other space junk from hitting the planet (it burns up)

to live on mars we would have to either terraform mars which means slowly giving it an atmosphere and making it a habitable planet but that would take centuries to accomplish.

  7. They found some recently, which wasn't really a surprise, they expected to but I guess it's good they weren't wrong

What does water have to do with living there?  Can you breathe carbon dioxide?  Can you survive in an incredibly low pressure environment?  No and nope.  It's also pretty cold, I think for the most part fatally so, but I think it can actually get up to survivable temperatures.  But for the most part it'd be a race to see if you die from painful decompression, asphyxiation, or freezing first
