I am trying to gather as much information about a ceratin individual because we are going to court. I would like to know as much pertinent information about this person before we go to court. So I was wondering if i can have access to these documents. Such as police reports, living situation, violence, etc. . .

Any help would be great thank you

  1. Before spending gas and time for nothing, call the court house nearest to where the person lives or works that wish to investigate and ask what type of records are open to public review or that you could make copies of for a court hearing.

  2. You will find that you will get much better information if you hire a private investigator.

You will spend an enormous amount of time just learning all of the repositories of public records and you will still miss a great deal.

I recommend that you hire a private investigator for this.

You will find private investigators listed in the Yellow Pages of the Telephone book.

  3. Definitely! Try http://www.crimcheck.com, they have an extensive public records section that you can use for free! Good luck!

  4. Yes there is a way you can just go look online for public records you may have to pay but its shows you everything you will need to know like a background check look that up under that.

  5. http://www.v1g.org will give you the same public records, as a private investigator would, and its a fraction of the price. You will also be able to access and print the records, and you have access to them for a year, unlimited. Try here.

  6. If they are public records, you can have access to the info. Go to the local court house or clerk of court where he lives or where an offense would have been committed.

Sometimes you can get info on line, but it usually costs money.
