You can find all lottery winning numbers of all states at us-lotteries.com.

For Mega, go to http://us-lotteries.com/Mega_Millions/ and select your state, or any state, Then click on either on "All Winning Numbers", or on "Yearly Calendar", and then click on the year you are interested in.

To answer your question, you CANNOT play up to 1 year when you buy the lottery ticket from the store...

In the stores, you can play up to 20 draws...so that means, you can use the same mega millions numbers for 10 weeks...

Just ask the store clerk to give you 20 draws or whatever amount you want to play (20 is max by the way)...The lottery number will last you 10 weeks (if you choose 20 draws)...the numbers have to be the same though...

There is, but you have to do it through a site that sells tickets online. Actually, they don't sell the ticket, but the messenger service.

I play mine this way (and get money back by having a referral page to them. I't good for me because I don't live in a Powerball state, and I want to play both.  They've been pretty good to me.
