Is there whare l can download a chess game?

l tried yahoo games but l saw only those for trials l need to download the game and play it right after downloading

Did you try googling or going the major websites?  It can be quite fun when you google. All the games sites should have chess in them.  Try it

Downloadable chess game. Let me Recommend SoftChess. it's a bit difficult in terms of skill level but it lets you download and play off line. It should do the trick.

There is also Arasan Chess and a few others.
