  1. Yes, in the sense there is summer in Greenland.

    Absolute minima range from the 40's F in the Keys to the low 30's in south Florida and low teens in north Florida. However, these are not averages. Average LOW temperatures are a good 20 degrees F higher.  


  2. In south Florida, it stays in the 20's.  However, in the northernmost parts of Florida, frost in midwinter is normal.

Florida is generally mild during the wintertimes, though on rare occasions a strong arctic outbreak can bring a short period of freezing temperatures almost all the way down the peninsula.  Obviously the colder temperatures occur over the panhandle region, while the warmer temperatures exist further south.  For example, average highs and lows in Tallahassee are in the mid 60's and around 40 degrees, while in Miami they are in the mid 70's with lows around 60.

  4. the min. temperature depends where your are in Florida. In Bradenton, it gets down in the 40's.
