First, check with your local Mental Health Association. They can refer you to support groups close to where you live.

You can search for others by going to http://groups.yahoo.com and type Bipolar into the search field, then click Search. Hopefully it will pull up some in your area. The search will also pull up a lot of groups dealing with bipolar, manic depression, etc., some include families of the patient in their groups.
