Is thier a timeline issue in naruto, Or is it just me?

Well I've noticed that Kakashi Gaiden was a story that happened 10 years BSS And Yondaime Hokage (4th) was in it. Didnt the fox kill yondaime 12 years ago?

Actually, in the original series (pre time-skip) Kakashi is 26 years old.

It's estimated he was promoted to the ranks of Jounin around the age of 12-13....so, in actuality, Kakashi Gaiden takes place 13-14 years prior to the start of the series and, therefor, roughly 2 years before Minato's (yondaime) death.

Ya he sacrified it when naruto was born. Yodaime trained with Kakahi before that.

Where did you learn that Kakashi Gaiden occurred ten years before? Common sense indicates that Kakashi Gaiden would've had to happen beyond twelve years ago, before Yondaime's death.
