Is thier a way to host a private server without using bandwidth?

well i cannot run my server any more it uses way to mcuh abandwidth well i want to know if i can run it with out using bandwidth i've been told the more people who go on take up more please help.:)

You just don't know how the OSI model, servers, or even common exchange works, do you?
