I heard MSN! Plus can check that, but I highly advise you not to download it, since it's really between unsafe and safe sections.  

There's not really any other way to check, since that's what Messenger was suppose to do, to not let you know.

yeah..google block checkers..but i suggest you dont..coz some block checkers sends an email to the person who you were trying to check and it just gets embarassing. also..since you need to insert a p/w..block checkers are where hackers sleep.
