Did you receive an e-mail from a stranger announcing that you've won this lottery? If so, you've been contacted by an Advance Fee Fraud scammer.

Basically, you'll wire money to release the so-called prize. You might send cash to cover "courier fees," "taxes," or some other thing entirely. But you won't see the prize, because it doesn't actually exist.

If you were notified you won a lottery, you didn't.  So I'm guessing it is another lottery scam.
