Is this AOL virus scanner/anti virus good?

So, what I'm wondering is, is this anti-virus/virus scanner good, good protection like AVG or Avast or is it bad?

The Mcafee anti-virus software you get with AOL is ok, but not the best, but will do a good enough job unless you plan to use P2P software like Limewire then I'd recommend NOD32 or Kaspersky.

I use Avast Anti-Virus combined with Comodo Pro firewall which does not slow down my 5 year old computer at all, yet gives solid protection for free, I got Mcafee Internet Security free with SKY broadband, but choose not to use it.
