Is this Altex computers and electronics site legitimate?

I've never used this site before but a particular product which I can't seem to find anywhere else is only on this site. However every time I try to check out this "Website Certified by an Unknown Authority" pops up. Heres a link to the site, does it do the same for you? Just add anything to the basket and press checkout

Now this could just be my computers security being jumpy as when I investigated further and found out Microsoft was one of Altex's partners I tried typing "Microsoft partners" into google and when I clicked one of the links the same message popped up again. What do you think I should do?

Try clicking the "VeriSign Secured" graphic at the bottom.  Mine indicated it was "legit" - both SSL and identity.

If you're using Firefox, you might see how IE behaves....or vice-versa.
