Is this B.Tech & BE are same in engineering courses?

i have often see like this B.Tech mechanical engineering & BE mechanical engineering in engineering colleges is this the same course?

Both are actually same.

All universities offer engineering has  B.tech and affliated colleges offer it has B.E. you will have same syllabus but doing it in different semesters.

They are almost the same thing.

-You End up doing the same Syllabus

-i thnk the only diff is that what BE have in 1 sem the BTech have in another and viceversa.
