Is this Charter OnDemand really free?

I have one of the lowest packages of Digital Charter, and I was looking at the Charter OnDemand. It says that some of the movies and shows are free. If I watch them, will it charge me for using the Charter OnDemand or anything?

No matter what package you have with Charter as long as you have a box from them you can purchase "on-demand" stuff.  They do also have a bunch of free stuff.  Not very much exciting stuff, but my wife does like the yoga shows.
