Is this Colon Cancer??

I was at overnight camp and I got diarrhea for most of the summer. Now I also notice when I wipe, i see a tiy bit of blood on the toilet paper. I came home from camp and the same this is going on. I am 14 years old

Odds are it is a fissure or something like that. It basically means that (most likely from the diarrhea) that it broke a blood vassal and you are bleeding it. If it is bright red, i doubt it is anything to worry about and should go away in like a week. If it lasts longer than that, check the doctor for sure.

At your age it's not likely. Could be a hemorrhoid. Its  not fun but go see a doc. Eat right and that may help too

Could simply be hemorrhoids, but you want to be sure.  See a doctor -- colon cancer would be very rare in someone as young as you, but better be safe than sorry.

Well I don't think that it is Colon Cancer (my grandma had it), but you should get that checked out by a doctor.

Well, no.  First see your doctor for sure.  Secondly, if it's bright red, it's just something perhaps you ate that doesn't agree with you.  Since you had diarrhea most of the summer, I am definitely leaning toward that - but still see your doctor.

When it's dark red and actually in your stool is truly the alarm.
