Is this Corey Patterson's final year in MLB?

Corey, one time super prospect and darling of the Chicago media, is having a season that could go down as one of the worst in Cincinnati Red's history.

191 .225 .337 .562, with 10 SBs and 5 CS.

Will he be able to find another guaranteed job for an MLB club? Or will be playing in AAA for the rest of his career?

  1. he used to be good for the orioles

  2. With the numbers he's put up this season, I don't see why any team would want him.  The only plus I see about him is that he can run and he comes in handy to pinch run, but the Reds have guys like that who can swing the bat too.  I think he'll be a nice fit down in AAA for the rest of his career because any major league team would be crazy to acquire him after the awful season he's had this year.

  3. Corey Pattersons Been Playing Somewhat Strong Since The '90's So I Think He'll Fit Well In AAA Ballplay For Awhile.

  4. Probably his last season as an Opening Day starter...but some team will keep him as a part-timer or 4th OF.

But you never really know, so long as Dusty Baker has a manager's job somewhere, the possibility remains for Corey to be a starter....
