Is this Hebrew phrase translated correctly?

Ok I am wanting to get the phrase "If I am not myself who will be me?" (In Hebrew of course) But I have two questions...#1 Is this the correct translation for the phrase? #2 Which way is the tattooist supposed to write it? Like the first one or the second one? I am confused because I have no idea which way its supposed to be written and I want to make sure it is done correctly.

#1= אם אין אני לי מי לי

#2= לי מי לי אני אין אם

Ok so first of all, it would be #1, becasue hebrew goes right to left.

and it says

If I('m) not me, who (is) me
