kso, my older sister &i are having a bet. she found this pic on photobucket, and she said it's miley cyrus, but i say it isn't. it doesn't look one bit like her at all! &here is the link as she calls 'miley cyrus.' &plz tell me who's side ur on :) thanku.

In a way it looks like Miley Cyrus, but in a way it doesn't. In the face, it looks like her, but that is DEFINATELY not her hair. It looks more like Miley's older sis, Brandi's hair. I don't know, maybe its photoshopped or maybe even it is somebody who looks scarily close to looking like Miley Cyrus. I'm gonna be on ur side though and say it ISN'T Miley. Hope this helped!! :)
