Is this New routine for biceps Ok!

My normal biceps routine was>> 4set barbell curl, 4set of preacher curl, 3set of dumbell curl, 3set of hammer curl.But my new gym instructor did a little upgrade>> 4set barbell curl, 4set of preacher curl, and except of hammer curl he told me to do 6set of dumbell curl.Im asking is it ok to do 6set dumbell?

  1. yea 6 sets of dumbells is ok. i typically do 5-10.


  2. well you should try it first and see if u gain muscle. If so then good if not then u switch to plan B. Not everyone is the same u know.
