Is this pic too cluttered?

If so (or if anything seems off or wrong to you) what should I move/delete/add/change color or size of to make it look best?

Leaving the face clear of clutter/artwork is MUCH better...  Very pretty face and the picture is just aweful with the art on the face and especially in the eye!!!

I like the graphics of the first one better though... just move it to the sides more...
