Is this Purchase Invoice e-mail from Yahoo Finance legitimate?

I'm considering buying this car from someone who claims to be using Yahoo Finance (via Western Union) and i am wondering if these e-mail's are really officially from Yahoo Finances and not some fake scam made to look like it's from Yahoo Finance.

The e-mail's is as follow's...

  1. I would trust your instincts. I agree there are aspects that appear suspicious, and I think it's fraudelent.

    Yahoo! is not in the business of arranging payment between parties.

    Stear clear....is my advice.


  2. Why don't you call Mr Travis at the Hollywood Celebrity Hotel and ask if he accepts YOUR preferred method of payment?  

    If he is not employed / registered there, then you know it's bogus.
