Is this R4 dealer a scam? I need to buy one but not online! PLEASE ANSWER!?

I am interested in buying this R4 package with the 2gb micro sd and everything that comes in the box and a 210 game DVD but I'm not sure if it is a scam or not. Could someone please tell me?! Here is the link below:

To me it seems dodgy i am selling R4 SDHC these are the new ones and support up to 32gb by the looks of it those look like a scam or trap as it is against the law to sell the Roms, and the disks that come with R4's are illegal so i wouldnt risk it

Don't buy from that guy, it doesn't matter fi it's a scam or not, just buy an R4 from here, it's really cheap:

but I would reccomend getting an M3DS REAL instead, tehy are much better than R4's(or so I've heard).

besides, I had an R4 and it screwed up my DS...I plan to get either an M3DS REAL, or some other thing like it soon.

wow..wtf..thats a scam definitely. the top 3 more reliable site to buy the r4ds would be either from

or amazon.com

if you need to download roms go to dashroms.com :] thats where i get all of my games.

if you are willing to put a lot of time and effort you can get the r4ds for free by completing annnoying ads from prizerebel. thats how i got mine. :)
