"The city of Los Angeles has 3x more automobiles than people." -- how can this possibly be true?

That would mean that EVERY adult would have "at least" 5 cars, because I'm sure the children would not have any...

Explainations please?

  1. Uh No DUh! LOL

    Yeah It Is True

  2. It's probably true.  Just think about all the car dealerships that have cars sitting in lots and all the cars in junk yards etc.  Plus, a lot of families have at least two cars so I would go out on a limb to say that number is plausible.

  3. they are all fake lol. the first bottle cap that came out said that the rest are all fake

  4. what does a snapple bottle cap have anything to do with Obama?

  5. Snapple is known for putting true facts on their bottle caps. In fact i even have a small book from snapple with all these facts. As for Los angelas having 3x more automobiles then people is possible because when you think about it. Alot of celebrities and rich people live there meaning each of them probaly own a couple of cars. It's posible that snapple might've rounded but it really is a reasonable fact. Also maybe they counted the car dealers and buses.

  6. I heard that not all them are true.

Also, if this one is true, there are still tons of cars in the dealer places and junkyards.

Not to mention buses and other automobiles, too.

    Maybe bikes, even!

  7. 1. Not all snapple caps are true

    2. Even if it were true, its possible.  Thats because there could be car services, buses, and places that sell cars.  And rich people prob. have 3 or more cars.

  8. Snapple is also known for putting alleged facts on the inside of the bottle caps.

Each "Real Fact" (as they are called) is available on their website
