just notified that I won a UK lottery which most are scams - is this one with Yahoo's name? a true one?

  3. There is only one UK Lottery and you can only win if you pay to play.  So unless you have personally purchased a lottery ticket in the UK within the past 180 days and verified that you matched the numbers on the official web site, you didn't win.

  4. If its too good to be true, it probably is.  Go with your guts.  If it smells like a scam, it is a scam.

  5. I say this over and over again on here. YOU CANNOT WIN A COMPETITION THAT YOU DID NOT ENTER. It really is that simple.

  8. Of course it is a scam. Think about it - did you buy some tickets to the lottery? Did some human being contact you personally to notify you? Did you ever read any of the Answers here about that rip off?

    And here is one more NO - it is not legal and does not even exist.
