Yep that's her. At least it looks like her.

She sang the fifth opening song called Rolling Star

She also did the fifth ending song called Life.

I have it on my favorite songs playlist in my i-pod along with Cherry that she also sings.

EDIT:

Opening 3 of Bleach was Ichirin No Hana by High and Mighty Color.

i don't know but more thin likely it is not. proble just some ones pic that likes bleach and and name is Yui but i don't really know.
