Is this a normal eaction?

Okay, so I am getting transfered to another school on Tuesday, and I really, REALLY don't want to. I had a nightmare just last night. Here is most of what I remember::

I woke up early Monday morning so I can get ready for school. I wanted to sneak to school one last day so I can say bye to every1. I got ready and walked to school and acually arrived right on time. I went to my locker and everything and walked inside my classroom. When I walked in, everyone turned around and looked at me funny, and the teacher called me to her desk. I came up and she told me to go to the office. I went to put my binder on a desk and she said, "Bring your things with you." I was confused, alot. So I went down to the office, and when I walked in, he principal and a police officer were waiting for me. My principal said something I couldn't understand, and the police officer grabed me by the arm and led me out the door, and slammed the door behind me.

  1. Maybe you did something you regret doing, nothing big, but you just regret it.

  2. I don't "analyze dreams" as a profession (of coarse) so this is just my opinion:

It's normal for You to have inhibitions about transferring to another school, as it's also normal for You to not WANT to, either.   Dreams are created in Your subconscious (mind) and this upcoming transfer is obviously gonna be there, even when You are not actually thinking of it (i.e. sleeping)

Interpreting this dream (my opinion) is simply that You are expecting the worst; therefore the dream was kinda scary with a (semi) bad outcome; but not in anyway a premonition of what is gonna really happen. (in other words; no real significance to the being arrested - just a bad situation)

I can only tell You that even though You will be leaving a "comfort zone" (friends, etc) You HAVE a good opportunity ahead of You (if You enter this with an open mind and a positive attitude)  You "get to" start fresh - none of the teachers knows You at this new school and I assume that none of the students do, either.  Just hold Your head up - smile, and do your best with your studies.   You'll meet new people and make new friends, and you can always keep the friends that you already have, (see on weekends, via telephone, Internet, text, etc)

Just remember that "change" is the most constant thing in life - (and) "change" is not necessarily/always bad.

Your dream came from the "fear/sadness" that You are feeling right now, just as: if you were dreading going to the doctor - you could have easily had a dream of being rushed to the ER or even a loved one getting sick and maybe having to be hospitalized.  (these types of dreams; however frustrating/scary) we ALL experience them.

Good luck to You - I hope it all works out for You.
