    I see that many people are still unfamiliar with the form. This one is prototypical; short, clear and biting.

  3. maybe? it's not serving as the main verb in an independent statement but rather a dependant clause....but it doesn't really follow the pattern of the examples i've seen. regardless, keep stickin-it!

  4. I don't see the controversy in this one--unless, of course, you sent it to Shell. It is more like a straight-forward statement, but I'll let the inventor judge.

  5. I'm not sure if it quite hits the controversial level, but this could be my immense lack of personal understanding as it pertains to the converb. However, I do believe the message that you're sending. In fact, thanks to efforts of people like you, oil has dropped nine dollars a barrel, so rumor has it. Thanks, Sptfyr.
