Is this a Dazzle DVC 170 capture card?

I just want to make sure if this is a dazzle capture card that WOULD work in recording montages like for halo and games and stuff like that

Yes that is a Dazzle DVC 170, just baught myself one about a week ago.  Works perfectly, BUY IT. Perfect for recording halo or any other video game or console.
