i read this article that says chipotle is bad for you..http://www.menshealth.com/eatthis/20-Worst-Foods/16_Worst_Mexican_Entree.php

altough when i order i get a bowl, with no riceor tortilla. i get black beans, chicken, mild salsa, corn and lettuce, sometimes cheese too. and i eat half then and save the rest for dinner bc there is no way i can finish it all. is this bad??

p.s. im a 17 year old girl that excersizes 3 to 5 times a week (run, dance, aerobics, swim)

  1. It has quite a bit of salt, but it's not the worst thing in the world for you.  As ong as you don't eat that same thing every day and mix it up every week... it's fine.  Make sure you drink a lot of water when you eat salt like that :)

  2. I don't think so

  3. No chipotle is not bad for you. If it were bad I think there would be very few Hispanic people. What you ate is very good. Omit the cheese and you will maintain a perfect weight. Don't forget to incorporate some weight lifting to help you strengthen your muscles. Good for you for being careful of your health....

  4. no i do not think so...it is pretty heathly.....enjoy your lunch

  5. no it sounds great to me..

  6. No, I don't think so. You are obviously active. As long as you don't eat it every day of the week you are going to be okay.

  7. Quoted from your link:

"(1) 86 the rice and tortilla and request your meat, vegetables, and beans served in a bowl, or

    (2) Bring a friend and saw the burrito in half."

You are doing both of those things, which means it is not that bad for you.

  8. Girl pleeeease...u ate great!! U can eat anything as long as it is in moderation. If you eat fast food one day then, eat some veggies the next. Life is too short to be worried with what type of food you are consuming. Luv u!!
