We're just going to movies and dinner, nowhere really fancy. But I want to look good. Btw, I'm wearing flats. But I have heels I could wear.

No, it's not a bad outift; it's cute but a little plain.

Add a necklace and hoops and maybe a silver bag/clutch along with silver flats.
