  1. I THINK THAT IT COULD SINCE WHEN YOU CRACK YOUR NECK YOU ARE ADJUSTING THE BONES IN THE NECK THAT SURROUND YOUR NERVES AND THE COMPRESSION OF NEVER AGAINST BONE CAUSE THE TINGLY IN YOUR HANDS AND FINGERS.  i WOULD STOP.

  2. I'm sure its normal, but it sounds like a nerve gets irritated a little bit by cracking your neck, there are obviously a lot of nerves that originate from your spinal cord and go all over your body, but the bundles of nerves that run down both arms are called the brachial plexus. It doesn't sound harmful, but if the tingling lasts for days or if you get sharp, shooting pains down your arm, you should probably see a doctor. Hope I helped!

  3. Okay. Look at this logically. Do you need to crack your neck? No. Is tingling in your fingers normal? No. So just quit cracking your neck. It’s a terrible habit (I do it too), but if you’re feeling a weird sensation in your body while doing it, it probably isn’t a good idea. It may be harmless, but it may also be bad for you. Your central nervous system is around there and you could be messing with a nerve. Just stop doing it.
