Is this a bad sign: different size pupils (PICS)

Question

My pupils are always different sizes. I noticed it like 2 years ago, the doctors never said anything about it, and I feel fine, but I've heard it's a sign of a concussion. Is it possible that I can have a concussion with no signs? I've been having headaches either frequently, or about once or twice a week. And have had problems with very bad migranes but the doctor knows about it so don't say go to a doctor over the headaches.

man ur a werewolf like me and if you wake up with pain ( aka ur back) normally when u change bad thing is u cant remember a thing so just cut lose have fun we werewolfs live 4 hundreds of years :3
