  1. healthy she simply stopped eating Starchy fatty foods.

  2. You can lose weight that way, but it's certainly not the best way to go about doing it.  Our bodies need carbohydrates (like pasta, breads, all those things).  Just make sure that most of the grains are whole grains and lower on the sugary side.  Too many people are getting the wrong idea on carbs.  They are wonderful!  You just have to get the right kind.

  3. it most befinatly healthy however i whould simply explain to here that even if she is losing weight it could be musle that shes losing not just fat even if u eat healthy and do not exersise u will lose weight but if u do exersise depending on the stuff u will do u will lose much more much qwicker its just common sense ad may i recomend protien shakes if she decides to exersice it would help alot

  4. This sounds healthy, as long as she supplements her diet with the proper vitamins and nutrients, and as long as her weight didn't drop below average, I'd say it's fine.

  5. Its healthy to an extent. She simply cut the carbs. You really will lose alot of weight doing it this way, but the second you start eating carbs again it will pack right back on. Not to mention, *this is important* carbs are what give you energy. Yes, rice, pasta, bread and sugar are "bad" carbs, but carbs in general are what give you energy. By taking those carbs out, you lose your energy, which in the long run is worse for weight loss, because you lose the will to exercise, which is the 2nd most important, next to eating healthily.

  6. Sound similar to the Adkins diet. I don't really think it is healthy  but a major draw back is you can't do it forever, you get bored with the restrictions. Then when you start eating normal again the weight comes right back on.

  7. When this person starts eating carbs again (breads, rice, pasta... things with grains), she will start to gain the weight back unfortunately. She should be eating a balanced diet and exercising even if it's just jogging or walking for half an hour every few days. Everyone needs a little bit of physical activity. It's not healthy what she is doing.
