Question:

Is this a bit unfair? Now 20yr old Jane Crane repeatedly molests 15yr old boy and gets pregnant ?

Rather than charge the female rapist and child molester with a crime , instead the court orders her 15 year old victim to pay support to his rapist !

Do you think the courts would be so soft if the rapist were male and the victim female ?

  1. Fair?  what's fair in the legal system as it pertains to men and women?

  2. ANYONE!! That rapes a child should go away for a very long time; I do not care who you are or what you are. Anyone that does that to an innocent child has to rot!

  3. what the h**l is wrong with this country.... this is crazy retarded, some one should just help her to end her life, and all the other stupid people, like who ever ruled over this court decision...

  4. What the h**l is that judge doing?

Please for the love of god let the family of that innocent 15 year old boy who was unfortunate to be the victim get the baby so that the baby has a normal family to grow with not to mention not having to be bled dry of any money by that black widow s****t!

  5. Wow, thats disgusting. If it were the other way around we'd be calling for the man to be put away, but this ***** gets child support?! thats crazy.

But on the other side of the coin, its harder to believe that a 15 y/o boy was so against what was going on. Still, i dont think he should pay support

  6. and feminists ask "what gender bias?"

  7. This question was posted yesterday and many feminists suggested that the victim should pay because "it was only statutory rape." I wonder if they would feel the same way if the male was 20 and the female was 15.

    It;s just more feminists double-standard.

Feminists and the courts cannot fathom the idea that a boy can be a victim.

A 15 year old cannot give legal consent for s*x... Unless the 15 year old is a boy?

So much for equal protection under the law.

  8. I haven't read teh link. It's quite simple - is it rape? If the boy consented it's not rape.

EDIT 15 is not a child, it's only 1 year under the age of consent.

  9. I wonder how many times these types of questions will need to be rehashed before you all get it into your head that feminists think cases like this are complete c**p.

  10. Rio-

"I wonder how many times these types of questions will need to be rehashed before you all get it into your head that feminists think cases like this are complete c**p."

Just not quite crappy enough to actually pay them any attention in your fight for "EQUALITY"?  If a woman had been wronged in a similar way you know feminists would be all over it in a heartbeat.

    Gadgit-

"Yes it's unfair. However I don't think that fighting for these types of cases will help anything. The majority of the time the "perpetrator" in these cases is male. I don't think he deserves the label because he's young and had consensual s*x with someone else who is young."

    ... Wow

    Princess-

"It's quite simple - is it rape? If the boy consented it's not rape."

Were you saying the same concerning teen-aged girls?

    Shady Jane-

"I worry that some men will hate all women because of rulings like this. I like men and I don't want to be hated for what the courts do."

Then why don't feminists fight to prevent these sorts of incidents? Instead of just "worrying" about it?

  11. .thats really horrible and he should appeal this to a higher court.  Its not just at all..........

  12. Its simple we need to get feminism out of law, social services, government, education, and to cut off their access to tax payers money.

  13. Reverse the situation in your head, the boy is 19 (she was 19) and the girl is 15, what would your opinion be?

    Should he go to jail?

    Should he get visitation?

    Is he a rapist?

I think ages of the both people should always be taken into consideration, male or female. I answered this same question yesterday. Yes it's unfair. However I don't think that fighting for these types of cases  will help anything. The majority of the time the "perpetrator" in these cases is male. I don't think he deserves the label because he's young and had consensual s*x with someone else who is young.  Therefor, I don't think she should either.

  14. "hard to believe the 15 y/o boy was so against what was going on."

"If the boy consented it's not rape."

In statutory rape, the consent or lack thereof of the victim is completely irrelevant to the case. It doesn't matter. The boy might have been thrilled out of his mind to have s*x, but the act is still a crime perpetrated on a child.

  15. Is this unfair? Yes to the young boy and to the baby.  In these instances I think that the rights to the child should be terminated for the perp.  Then the child could be adopted and he should not have to pay support.

Not to let your indignation get in the way of the truth-  we don't know if the courts are going soft on the rapist.    She has been charged and it has not made it to court yet.   Being made to register as a s*x offender for 25 years and jail does not seem soft.

Third his parents are trying to get custody- good for them.

  16. wow we're having a male victim ordered to support his female rapist's baby

while on the other hand we have plenty of men rapists escaped after impregnate their female victims

looks like we're losing more balance here. just a little bit more, and there goes a big fall!

    this world is freakin funny

    God, help us
