  1. If Al Gore would stop flying around the world in private jets promoting his dang movie, there would be a lot less co2 in the atmosphere. Fact.

  2. Global warming (the man-made kind) is the result of an increase in the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.  There's lots of different ones, carbon dioxide is one of them and is the one that exists in the largest quantities - many times more in fact than all the other greenhouse gases combined.

Oxygen isn't one of the greenhouse gases so any increase or decrease in levels of oxygen won't have an effect on global warming.

CO2 is the primary cause of the greenhouse effect and the greenhouse effect is the primary cause of global warming.  There are other greenhouse gases and there are other factors contributing to global warming so it would be incorrect to blame everything on CO2.

  3. Not exactly correct.

Less oxygen does not cause warming.

More CO2 could cause more warming, but not as much as is being observed.

While burning coal and oil does use up oxygen, there is so much that we can never run low no matter how much we burn. But there is so little CO2 in the air that our burning is enough to make a significant contribution to the total amount.
