Question:

Is this a confirmed no ovulation?

It seemed as though I ovulated with all the classic signs sometime between day 20-23. Now my temp just dipped and I haven't seen a temp shift. Is this confirmation that I didn't ovulate or does it mean that I may still ovulate?

  1. I suspect that you're right and that you didn't ovulate. But keep up the BBTs because today's temp might simply be a fluke low temp. Having said that, I'd be surprised if you do ovulate, simply because you've already had the LH surge. The next step would be to do another month of BBTs (because most women get the occasional anovulatory cycle) just to see if you ovulate from the other ovary, and then visit your doctor. This could be a pretty 'easy fix' with Clomid, which is a well-tested medication. I'd ask your doctor once you've got a little more data. Good luck!
