My birthday is May 1st and We are having it May 3rd.A few close friends are coming and this is what i did on the invitations.

The front cover says :You're invited!

Inside i wrote:

Where____________(adress)

When:Saturday,May 3rd 4:00 pm -9:30 pm

For:Audra's 12th birthday

R.S.V.P-___________ (please include if able to sleep over in call)

  1. try some polka dots or fun things like that :)

  2. What is his favorite movie or what is his "thing"? Include that in it or on the invitation itself. That's just what I'd do.

  3. www.blingee.com

make a blingee then print it out...

  4. Depends on what theme the party is..if it is a movie theme, make that obvious in the decor of the invite.

    *There are some tips on how to make invites of these websites;

    www.wikihow.com

    www.ehow.com

    Or google themed party invites.

BTW Themes are; hawaiianm, movies, fairytale, pink, whatever.

Also.. include some of the things you are going to do, like; we are watching and exciting film or whatever. LOL --Good Luck

  5. put a teachers face on it and draw funny stuff on it, or photo shop it if you can use it.

  6. i think you should just buy some invitations. its a lot easier and looks great!

if you're on a budget, then go to target or walmart . they have REALLY cool invites there and they are super cheap!

(like $5 OR LESS for 10 invites )

if your not on a budget and want a special invitation, go to swoozies, hallmark, or papyrus for invites.

  7. go to a craft store and get some cool paper in the scrap booking section.  they have some really cute stuff and just add that to it..

  8. You have to be at least 13 to post here.  Read the guidelines.

  9. Well you could get them packets of invitations from the card or birthday shops? They are pretty cheap and really nice and colourful :)

  10. go to your local best buy target or anything like that and get a bunch of dvd cases that are empty make a very simple cover on your computer that says YOur invited and print those out then on the inside put all the info its fun easy and looks great. there are so many different ideas you can do you can even record her saying it burn some cds with some songs and put them in cd cases with all the info on the booklet

good luck hope she has a blast

  11. BALLONS!!!!

pictures of balloons or perhaps even the real thing always lighten up the invitations....

and you are never too old to enjoy balloons ;)

hope the party is fun and memorable...

  12. Well what does she like? maybe you should get her involved, is it a SURPRISE??

Cause 12 year olds can have great ideas. And then you won't have to stress so much over them and yes it's a great idea to still have invites for a 12 year old.

    Happy Bday.

  13. You could record a personal invite...Post a UTUBE ( private of course) and send an email with the invite....

  14. There is something called bubble paint. You can make it yourself with just water, liquid dish soap, and poster paint. You simply use 2 tsp. of liquid dish soap, 3 tbs. of water, and a 1/4 cup of paint (this makes over 50 cards so you might want to half the recipe) . Then, you use a straw to blow bubbles up and over the top edge of your cup/bowl. using the paper or invitation, press down the bubbles. After you have filled the entire invitation, write in your info. You can also use different colors for a marbleized effect. Hope this Helps!

  15. You wrote that the party is Saturday from 4-9:30.  That's not a sleepover.  If you want a sleepover..write that the party is a slumber party until Sunday.
