Is this a corny idea for candles?

You know the new flameless candles? There are a ton of tiny kids on both sides and I am so afraid on a child knocking over candles...but I love the idea of candles as center pieces. I thought about getting a bunch in the same sent and decorating them or setting them in the middle of those flower rings for candles that would match my colors? It would also have the added bonus of making the reception hall smell wonderful! It is just a thought, although they are like 9.00 each, I don't want them to look cheap either. But I thought if decorated tastefully they would work...?

If you have them in flower rings and decorated, they should look nice.  It's a good thought...my friend's little sister caught her dress on fire at a wedding.

be careful with thte scented ones bc some peoples sinus's cant handle all those smells. Just make it cute and leave out the scented ones, they of walking into bath and body works and that smell. it will get to anyone. but the idea is a good one.

I like the idea. I know you are worried about the cost, but really $9 a piece isn't that bad. Perhaps you may get a discount if you order in bulk.
