Get heels or flats, don't wear those shoes! It makes the formal attire look... not formal.

i would get some like green and yellow or something beads for the necklace. I love the idea of the converse! and maybe not the watch or bracelet or whatever that is. And i would at a cute cream sweater.

Yes. It all matches (black and white tends to do that, despite popular political opinion). I would recommend adding color though. One piece or maybe two (clothing and accessory) in a bright color would really make this look stand out. I live <20 minutes from San Francisco, and let me tell you, sooooo many people here just go with all black/all white, but the ones who look put together incorporate some color into their wardrobe.
