  1. yield to right of way at a 4-way if you stop at the same time as the on your right. you failed because you impeded the flow of traffic.

  2. the intersection u stopped at was there a stop sign ??? was the car to the right did they have a stop sign ???? either way u come to a 4 way stop the 1st person to stop before the others gets to go .....if you dont have a stop sign or stop light then don't stop it confuses others.

  3. This is simple.............you did not follow the rules of the road that could of caused an accident.........

  4. Even though you were just being nice, she probably failed you because she thought you didn't acknowledge the fact that you had the right away. Just stay calm and remember the rules of the road.

  5. If you stopped and you didn't have a stop sign, you were wrong.  It may seem courteous to the car stopped at the stop sign, but it's not.  You probably confused the car at the stop sign when you did that.  You also put other drivers in danger who were behind you because you came to a complete stop in the middle of a road.  That's a good way to get rear-ended.  And of course, the driver who rear-ends you get the darn ticket.  But that's another story for another time.

If you DID have a stop sign, who got there first?

If you stopped first, then you had the right of way and should have taken it.  If this was the case, then she failed you because you do not know the rules of a 4-way, 3-way, or 2-way stop.  Whatever it was.

If the driver on the right stopped first, he/she had the right of way.  If this was the case, your instructor was wrong.

If you stopped at the same time as the driver on the right, the driver on the right had the right of way.  If this was the case, your instructor was wrong.

  6. If you got there first you should have gone first.

  7. ur on a major road and u stopped to give way to a car on the minor road????

That can be dangerous! it can create havoc esp if there are cars behind u.

Dun ever be THAT road courteous. If u have the right of way, carry on with caution. Else just give way to those who have it.
