  1. Interesting. I personally like a glass of wine/beer every now and again but to drink every night is setting yourself up for a bad, bad deal in life. A) all your money will go to alchohol b/c you will be a drunkard

    B) you will lose all self respect

    C) You will lose your teeth

    D) you will mess your stomach up (inside and out)

    E) you will start to look old very quickly (and not a good old)

    F) you will have no life, at all, period,

    G) you will thorw up, but you won't care! You will be a drunk..you'll just keep on keeping on!

    H) no one will hire you or you'll get fired

I=Don't do it. stop now while you can. Get a better addiction like chocolate, walking, s*x w/someone you love, the iternet, p**n or whatever else suits your fancyu or better yet, talk to a psychiatrist this will bring your stress levels way down!

    Good luck!

  2. The fact that you drink alone to escape reality is sign of a problem.  Get help now so you don't become a serious alcoholic and let it wreck your family and your life.

Start by getting the alcohol out of the home, and not by consuming it!

  3. If you can't throw out the bottle of vodka tonight and never take another drink, you're already across that line.  Being an alcoholic has NOTHING to do with being drunk.  It simply means that you don't control your drinking.

There are a lot of healthy ways to relieve stress.  Alcohol isn't one of them.  You already know plenty of ways to relieve stress - take a walk, go for a run, ride a bike, do something physical, get a massage, take a yoga class, learn to meditate, read, go to a movie, go to church, go play with the dog.

If you need alcohol to control stress, yes, you have a drinking problem.  It's up to you to decide whether or not you're going to quit, or whether you need help to quit.  No one can force you to do it.  But you know it's a problem so now the responsibility is all on you.

  4. well, that would depend on too many dynamics which we know nothing about, really. You may want to talk to someone or obtain medication even to help you manage things, however.... Believe it or not, regular excercise can help you out alot as well. Good luck.

  5. Are you worried about becoming a drunk?

                            OR

Is it your goal to become a drunk?
