No, Card Trooper is worth much more than and is harder to find than Raiza nowadays.

Plus their rarity is different and the difference in price is at least a good $15-20 on most sites.

Both are Limited to 1 per deck, but Card Trooper is harder to find. Keep it.

more or less, although ct worth a tad bit more($1-5).... depend on how much u want the monarch...

it also depend on the conditions of the card, if they are both the same condition, the gap is that big(smaller if both are worse off)  if one is better than the other, it depends on which is better.

keep your card trooper, you'd have better luck getting Raiza out a pack than get another Card trooper again.

Super Rares (1:6) for Raiza -- Ultra Rares (1:24) for trooper
