yeah, the spells in this deck def throw off the balance, the second draining shield is not needed, and neither is negate attack, replace them both with sakuretsu armor's. replace legacy of yata garasu with torrential tribute, and metalmorph with bottmless trap hole. take out drop off completely. Foolish burial puts you at -1, you lose a card and your opp doesnt same with card destruction. It may seem "cool" to resummon a darkblaze dragon after putting it in the graveyard yourself, but it wastes your cards and overall can easily be killed on a 1:1 ratio via dd warrior lady, smashing ground, hammer shot, sakuretsu, bottomless, exiled, ect! you should ditch him and the random red eyes. Spirit Ryu is just another way to throw away cards in your hand, DISCARDING IS BAD. Speaking of cards like smashing ground, hammer shot, where are they? Killing monsters on a 1:1 ratio is something this deck desperately needs. Also I would suggest masked dragon X3, exploder dragon, armed dragon lv 3 x2, armed dragon level 5 x2 ect. This revival style dragon deck overall is ineffective competitively, reverting to a bit more tradition style will produce better results.

u have too many magic cards, limit your deck to 40 cards. get atleast 1 bewd, might wanna  switch The Dragon Dwelling In The Cave with something like spirit reaper to stall.
