I ran the mile today, and was totally unprepared, because a gym teacher told me we were running on THURSDAY. Anyway, I got a 6:39. Here are my lap times:

Is this a good time for a 13-year-old girl? Also, what can I do to improve, and how fast should I go on each lap to get 6:20? Should 6:20 be my target time, or should I go faster, since I wasn't even breathing hard by the end of this?
