Is this a ghost experience?

one night I was sleeping then I woke up and saw a dark body, I heard a very light voice to tell me to wake up then it turned around and left through the wall it was still cold I became very afraid and watched tv and didn't sleep the rest of the night.

i believe it was a ghost expierence because me and my friends have played the ouija board a lot and we have had some expierences that we'll never forget. But maybe this figure wasn't a ghost, it could be a spirit or an entity [[demon type of thing]] and maybe you shouldn't try to comfront it. If you were scared try not to show it because things like that feed off of negative energy and fear. If it was good though you shouldn't have no worries, it was just checking on you, sometimes spirits are curious about how people are doing in the world.

there is a ghost in my apartment. we live in a very old high rise so who knows who the ghost could be. back to the point, as long as everything stays innocent, don't be afraid. talk to him if you want. or get a priest to bless the house. that 's what my family wants to do, but nothing bad has happened so i said "no". good luck.
