  1. What you have picked up on these photos is either a dust particle or a Orb,a Orb is the first step of a ghost manifestation. It is also very interesting that you picked this up on two photos,on the second one it seems it is moving.

Alot of people say its down to a dust particle,i don't really believe this theory at all,for a start dust particle are so so small and there isn't just one of them, there are thousands of them in the air,in a small handful of cases it is because of dust particles but you can tell it is a dust particle on those cases because there are lots of 'orbs' everywhere on the picture.

Your pictures are totally different, dust particles do not just show up as one big round orb, anyone with common sense will see that, but of course we get the doubters.

In my personal opinion i do think that you have picked up some sort of spirit on this picture.

Hahaha i have so many thumbs down,i couldn't care less it just shows that people have read my answer.Good.

  2. That seems to be a smudge on your lens or either a reflective particle such as dust close enough to the lens that was highly reflected by the flash.

    Clean your lens.

I'm more interested in that dial and serve feeder. Do you call a number and the feeder remotely dispenses food? o_O

  3. It looks like a vortex to me. A vortex is like an orb only it comes in a differnet shape. The first one I didn't see anything. Sorry!!

  4. Definatly just blurs

  5. No the orbs theory was debunked its just dust particles in the air reflecting a flash

  6. Wow this is amazing - notice how in your second pic the cat is actually looking at the object?

You definitely have a ghost of some description living in your apartment. Also, it's movement is aggressive. The direction it is moving in shows that it is moving into an attack position.

Your cat could be in danger (I also notice that your cat is black!!). I feel this is not a good spirit.

Is that what you wanted to hear? I hope you can sleep better now...

  7. I agree with Little Grim. Even though they look like they would be somewhat a form of ghost or their energy, I could be your camera. Do what he said and you might want to clean your lense. I get images like that all the time, It's annoying. I think I need to clean my lense too. Also, I don't believe in ghosts.

  8. it is just open Legendary

  9. NO

There is no such thing as Ghost, or Santa Clause.

It is a lens flare effect caused by dust in the air.

  10. that was a black cat and the two red spots are its eyes. in the first picture the cat was there, but his face was not in front of the camera. in second picture the cat faced to you.and do you know, if you take any animals picture their eye looked reddish for reflection of light.

  11. There are two orb shapes in the first pic. They could be some kind of energy .

  12. A lot of people on here will say it's a dust particle...but I can never understand how a dust particle can be perfectly round. And the shape of the cylinder...ever see a dust particle look like that? That's like saying a snowflake is a dust particle.

    I don't know what it is...but I just can't believe it's a dust particle.

  13. No, just the typical photographic anomalies ("orbs") that have been well understood and explained for a long time now. "Orbs" are flash reflections off out-of-focus particles in the air. The particles can be dust, moisture, even bugs, if they are out of focus.

The reason why "orbs" are perfectly round is because they are pinpoint sources of reflected light which are out of focus. They are not representations of the entire particle which caused the reflection but only a pinpoint reflection off of some facet of that particle. When that source of light is received by the lens while out of focus, we would expect it to be a perfectly round diffused circle of light, as the physics of optics would predict.

The site below explains it all

  14. no

  15. The orbs you are referring to is due to small particle light reflections. You are using a Nikon Coolpix E7600. This is a compact point and shoot camera which has the flash close to the lens system. With these types of cameras, when the flash discharges it, the light reflects off small particle matter. These particles are typically 2-6 inches in front of the lens system. Since they are below the focal point of the image, they are out of focus and the reflection makes their image "bloom" creating an orb.

These small particles can be any manner of substances from dust, dirt, pollen, even vapor. Orbs created from these substances can range in a variety of sizes, shapes, colors, and opacities. It all depends on the shape of the particle, its composition and orientation to the lens, the lens system of your camera, the light source strength and wavelengths.

I would not worry about the images being ghosts. If you wish to decrease the amount of orbs in your photos, you can do a number of things. 1) Larger cameras are lens prone, such as dSLRs. This is because the lens is further from the flash. 2) Use an external flash. 3) Don't use a flash, but longer shutter times to gain the right exposure., 4) A diffuser can also help eliminate orbs.

    Hope this helps!

  16. nope.... Just a blur.

  17. Have you tried zooming in to the picture to get a better look at the orb? I've heard of orbs actually looking like someone or something if you get a close look. As far as determining if it really was a ghost or something- try taking pictures around the same time at night again. See if you can capture anything again.

    Good luck!

  18. it looks more like a peice of dust in the air, i get those too. nothing to worry about.

  19. Its just dust reflecting light from the flash

    look at this .....

  20. The first pic is dust and the second is a bug.

Deenie, it is not dust, it is light reflecting off the dust particle that makes it look like that.

  21. I believe you have a picture of a bug flying by.

  22. its adn orb which is ghost trying to manffest(show) its self but cant and shows its strongest part of energy

  23. "Orbs" are generally dust in the air, the particles that are at the right angle to reflect light from the flash.

  24. no its not d ghost.

    d pictur is blurred.

  25. Nothing dear, it was only because of a glare reflected in the camera lens.

    Regards,

  26. yea omg you better get out of your house before it gets you!!!

  27. Looks like the first is a dust orb. The second picture is likely a bug.

  28. It is, but don't worry.

It's probably a female family member, so try thinking about who is connected to any item that's in that room, anything you or your family inherited from decesed loved one?

Ghosts usually come in three common forms; orbs, shadows or cold areas of a room [ only a select area of a room where the heat is equally distributed ]

What you could do if the orb comes back, is take a compass and since ghosts are made of electromagnetic energy the compass would go wild, spinning in all directions; but before you do so, take a part of the room, or even a different room to test the compass before you go off to find the orb, this way you know how the compass will react, or even if it's defaulty making there less chance of there being a mistake.

    Good luck!

  29. ummm if you ask me honestly its nt a ghost....did you see it wtht the camera too? and y were you taking such pics of ur living room in dark?

I've never seen a ghost nor do i wish too..bt i can tell it looks more like a blur on the lens

  30. Sorry, but I couldn't see the ghost in either picture!

  31. I don't think so.I do commend you for putting up the photos. It proves you're honest and truly interested.
