im completely honest,im in year 10 at school i get sick alot and NEVER revise yet i always get at least a high B on my exams,my friends get very annoyed lol,im also one of the youngest in my year

I was the same way in high school.  I do not think I did a day of homework honestly, and I graduated in the top 5% of my class.  Was completely different in college, I had to actually work for my grades, it was a wake up!  I know many students that were the same in HS, as well, so I wouldn't call it a gift, it's not that big of a deal.

OK, it sounds like your friends are jealous that you can achieve good grades with little effort, while they have to work for their grades.  

What struck me, tho, is the fact that you aren't trying, in school.  A lazy attitude isn't going to get you anywhere.  So, you got a B.  Did you learn anything?  Are you stretching your mind?  A good mind is wasted, if you aren't reaching for your potential.

My grandchild's teacher assigns her extra work, pushing her to do more and learn more.  That's because the class work is too easy, and she was getting lazy.  Of course the child hates her teacher for leaning on her so hard.  But, teacher has said that there is no growth if there isn't any challenge.
