yeah it cute if the person like to take and save a lot of pics. if not then ... if its a girl maybe a gift card like a visa amex Mc that u can get from a bank that they can buy what they want on you .... if a guy maybe a gift card to a nice restaurant that has good beer

YES, that is a very good Birthday gift, plus a real good digital camera to go along with the album.

Sure .... maybe add some packages of acid-free stickers.  You can get some birthday ones, so she can put them by the birthday photos:)
