Is this a good Fantasy Trade??

Im in a dynasty league and i was offered a trade. Me giving up Julious Jones for Maurques Colston. My roster currently is

QB BIg Ben

RB Julious Jones

RB Ronnie Brown

WR Donte Stallworth

WR Robert Meachum

WR Kevin Walter

TE Kevin Boss

He also just offered me Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams for Larry Fitzgerald, Devin Hester, and Maurice Morris?

Which trade is better for me. Cap is not an option

Yes, take Colston for Jones. Colston is an impact WR. Jones is a mediocre starting back that will share time with Maurice Morris and TJ Duckett.

You have got to do that if you have some decent running backs so make both trades you will have a very stong core of wide receivers that you can build your team around and you can always trade away a decent runningback that you have and fitzgerald for a 1st round draft pick like frank gore or steven jackson.
